How do I find videos available for purchase on Gags Network?
You can easily discover great collections or browse through different categories to find films, series, and videos available through Gags Network On Demand (GNOD).
Click on any title to read a full description, watch a trailer, and purchase.
You can watch your purchased video right away or anytime within the specified viewing period. Simply log in to Gags Network at Gags Network.com/ondemand and click My Library in the top navigation bar to find your active rentals, subscriptions, and purchases.

What’s the difference between “Rent," “Buy,” and Subscription purchases on Gags Network On Demand?
With Gags Network On Demand, you can make three kinds of purchases:
Rent: When you rent videos, you will be able to stream the videos anytime during the specified rental period.
Buy: When you buy videos, you will be able to stream the videos for as long as they remain on Gags Network. If the seller allows, you will also be able to download the videos to your computer and devices, DRM-free.
Subscription: When you subscribe to a series, you have unlimited streaming access to all current episodes of the series for a recurring monthly fee. You will also have immediate access to any new episodes added to the series page during your active subscription.

If I purchase the “Rent All," "Buy All," or Subscription option for a GNOD series, will I be able to watch videos that get added after my purchase?
When you "Rent All," you get access to all of the current videos as well as any that are added to the Gags Network on Demand page during the specified rental period.
When you “Buy All,” you get access to any videos added to the GNOD page for as long as it remains online.
When you subscribe to a series, you have unlimited streaming access to all current videos on that series page, as well as any future videos that get added, as long as you maintain an active subscription.

Why am I getting an error message when I try to make a purchase on Gags Network On Demand?
If you’re seeing an error message that says “Oops. Something is not right here.” when trying to make a Gags Network On Demand purchase, this usually indicates an issue with your payment method. If you’ve made sure you’re entering your payment information correctly (or you’re seeing the message with multiple payment methods), please contact us so we can dig in on our end and provide more information.

How do I use a promo code to purchase a Gags Network On Demand title?
If you’ve received a promo code, you can redeem it directly on a title’s Gags Network On Demand page. On the title’s page, click the button for the type of purchase your code is good for (Buy, Rent, or Subscribe). Then, in the purchase window that appears, click Apply promo code, enter the code, and click the Apply button. The purchase window will then update to reflect the discount.
If your code is for 100% off, you’ll need to click Continue to complete the transaction. If your code is for a partial discount, then you’ll need to enter valid payment information along with the code in order to complete the purchase.

I’m being told that my discount code is invalid. What’s going on?
If you’re certain that you’re entering the code correctly and you’re seeing a message that says “Sorry, that discount code appears to be invalid”, please contact us so we can investigate further (please include the code you’re trying to use in your email).

What happens when I pre-order a Gags Network On Demand video?
When you pre-order a Gags Network On Demand title, you’re purchasing it before it has been released. You'll know that you are pre-ordering because the GNOD page will display a banner that says, "Pre-order now."
When the title is released, your card will be charged and you’ll be notified via email that the title is ready to view (you will also be notified if the release date changes or if the pre-order is canceled). Please note that if you pre-ordered a rental purchase, your rental period will begin as soon as the title is made available by its creator.
You must enter a valid credit card to pre-order Gags Network On Demand videos. You cannot pre-order with PayPal. If we’re unable to process your payment at the time of the title’s release, we’ll send you an email prompting you to try purchasing the title again. If you’re uncertain about the status of your pre-order purchase, contact us so we can take a look on our end.

What time will the title I pre-ordered be available on its release date?
The creator is responsible for releasing a title on its release date. As soon as a title has been made available for viewing on its release date, your card will be charged for your pre-order, and you’ll then have access to your purchase. We’ll also email you as soon as the title is available for viewing!

How can I cancel a Gags Network On Demand pre-order?
You can cancel a Gags Network On Demand pre-order at any time by visiting your Purchases page, scrolling down to the Pre-orders section, and clicking the button that says Cancel.

I already bought this title! Why don’t I have access to it?
Sorry for the confusion! A few things may have happened with your purchase:
* Did you choose to “rent” the title?
If so, please check the title’s rental period on its Gags Network On Demand page in case your rental period ended.
* Is it possible that you purchased the film under a different Gags Network account?
In order to access your purchase, you must be logged in to the same Gags Network account you used to purchase the title originally. If you think you need help accessing the account you used to make your purchase, let us know and we can help out.
* The charge may be pending. If your billing statement doesn’t indicate that the charge went through successfully yet, it’s possible that the charge is still awaiting authorization. In this case, if the charge doesn’t go through successfully, it will eventually clear from your billing statement.
* Your payment method may have failed. If we aren’t able to charge your payment method successfully, then your purchase won’t go through, and you’ll need to try making the purchase again. If you have questions about the status of your purchase, contact us so we can take a look on our end.

Can I buy Gags Network On Demand titles in a currency other than USD?
Yes, you can pay in another currency if the person selling the title has chosen to accept it.
We currently support the following currencies:

* Danish Krone (DKK)

We'll continue to add more options in the future.
Please note that currently, dollar-off promo codes can only be applied to purchases made in USD.
How do I watch the Gags Network On Demand videos I purchased on my computer?
To view your Gags Network On Demand (GNOD) purchases, log in to your Gags Network account and go to your library (purchases also appear in your Watch Later queue). Clicking on a title in your library will take you to the GNOD page, where you can stream the video(s). To switch into full-screen, click the icon in the lower-right corner of the player.
If your purchase has a download option, you can save the video file to your computer by clicking the Download button on the title’s page (just below the video player). You can also download your purchases by going to your library and clicking the green download icon that appears while hovering over the title’s poster image.

How do I watch Gags Network On Demand videos on my TV?
You can view Gags Network On Demand videos on your TV using any of the connected devices listed on Gags Network.com/everywhere.
For most connected TV devices, you’ll need to make sure you have the Gags Network app installed on your connected device. You can find helpful instructions in the TV Apps section of our FAQ.
Once you have access to Gags Network on your device, log in to your account, and navigate to your Watch Later queue — any Gags Network On Demand titles that you purchase or rent will appear here automatically.
The Gags Network iOS app also supports Chromecast and iOS AirPlay, so you can cast and AirPlay videos from your iOS devices right to your TV. You can find helpful instructions in our Chromecast and AirPlay FAQ articles.
Apple TV users can log into their Gags Network accounts and find their GNOD rentals and purchases under the “My Videos” section.
Once you've logged in to your device and selected the title you want to watch, sit back and enjoy!

How do I watch Gags Network On Demand videos on my phone or tablet?
You have two options for viewing purchased videos on your mobile device:
* Mobile app: Download the Gags Network mobile app to your phone or tablet. Within the app, log in to Gags Network, then navigate to your Watch Later queue, where you’ll find your purchased videos, ripe for the viewing.
* Mobile site: On your phone or tablet, open a web browser and go to Gags Network.com. Log in to Gags Network, click the “v” icon (in the top-left corner of the page), and choose Library from the menu. In your library, you should see all of your purchased titles.

Can I download Gags Network On Demand videos to my phone or tablet?
There’s no way to permanently download a video from Gags Network onto your phone, but our mobile app does allow you to save videos for offline viewing.

What can I do if a Gags Network On Demand video is pausing, stuttering, or choppy when I try to stream it?
Try turning off HD mode by clicking the "HD" icon at the bottom of the player (the HD icon will turn grey when HD is off). With HD turned off, the Gags Network On Demand player will dynamically serve the video at the best resolution your connection speed can handle at any given time. This should improve playback performance.
If this doesn’t help make playback smoother, make sure you have the latest version of Flash running on your computer.

I clicked the download button on a Gags Network On Demand page, but my download pauses or doesn’t finish. What can I do?
Try starting a fresh download (on the video’s GNOD page) to see if that helps. If that doesn’t do the trick, make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your browser, or try downloading the video in another browser.
In addition, if you’re having trouble downloading a file over a wifi connection, try plugging an ethernet cable into your computer for a more consistent Internet connection.

I downloaded the video I purchased, but it doesn’t play on my computer. What can I do?
Try downloading the file again from the video’s Gags Network On Demand page, and make sure the download finishes completely. If that doesn’t do the trick, make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your browser, or try downloading the video in another browser.

Why isn't this Gags Network On Demand video available in my region?
Some titles may have different distribution agreements for different global regions. For this reason, some of the titles on Gags Network.com/ondemand are only available for purchase in certain countries.
If the title you want to watch isn't currently available in your region, you're welcome to reach out to the creator for more information (via theMessage button on the title’s Gags Network On Demand page). They may be able to tell you where you can watch the title in your country.

Why isn't this Gags Network On Demand title available in my language?
Creators can choose to offer their Gags Network On Demand titles in as many languages as they want, so the responsibility falls on them to choose what languages (including captions / subtitles) they offer for their titles.
If a title you want to watch isn't currently available in your language, you're welcome to reach out to the creator for more information (via theMessage button on the title’s Gags Network On Demand page).

What am I opting into when I Receive Updates from a Gags Network On Demand title?
When you opt-in to Receive Updates, you’re allowing the Creator of that GNOD title to contact you with future updates via email and Gags Network message. You’ll be the first to know about new work, special deals, and any other cool stuff they cook up!

Why was my Gags Network On Demand comment deleted?
Comments are a way for members to share their honest opinions in a respectful manner.
Comments may be deleted by a Gags Network moderator if they:
* Don't follow the Community Guidelines (e.g., "You suck!")
* Are promotional or off-topic (e.g., "Cool vid. PS: Check out my website!")
* Involve a support-related question (our staff will reach out directly via email before removing the comment)

How can I watch Gags Network On Demand videos with captions or subtitles?
While viewing your purchased video on a computer, click the CC button in the player's bottom toolbar. In the menu that appears, select the caption or subtitle track you’d like to see.
Please note: the CC button will only appear in the Gags Network player if captions or subtitles are available for the video you’re watching. The availability of captions or subtitles is dependent upon what the creator has chosen to provide.

If I purchase a Gags Network On Demand title for download, how do I download captions or subtitles to view with the video?
To watch a downloaded GNOD title with captions or subtitles, you’ll need to download both the video and the caption files to your computer. You can download both of these files by going to the title’s GNOD page, then clicking the Download button. In the window that appears, select the desired video file for download, then select the desired caption file for download. (You can also download these files by hovering over the title in your Library and clicking the green download icon.)
Once you’ve downloaded both files, you’ll need to use them with a media player that supports caption files.
We recommend VLC because it is compatible with a wide range of operating systems and file formats. You can download it for free here.
Once you've installed VLC, follow these steps:
* Download a film/series from the title page or your Gags Network On Demand library.
* Download the desired caption or subtitle file (should be .SRT format) from the download module.
* Open the downloaded video file in VLC Media Player.
* From the menu, click Subtitles, then Add Subtitle File...
* Select the downloaded. SRT file, click Open, and enjoy!
